Terms of Use

Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the Pare mobile application ("App") operated by Oshen Apps ("we," "us," or "our").

By downloading, installing, or using Pare, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, do not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Oshen Apps. Your use of the App also constitutes acceptance of our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by updating the effective date above. Continued use of the App after any modification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Pare. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and that your use complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

Subject to these Terms, Oshen Apps grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use Pare on a device you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the App's source code;
• Use the App in any manner that could disable, overburden, or impair our servers or networks;
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers in conjunction with the App or our extraction API;
• Use the App for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose.

Pare uses automated extraction (structured data parsing and AI-assisted processing) to identify recipe content from URLs you provide. We make no warranty that:

• Extraction will succeed for any given URL — some websites block automated access or use formats our engine does not support;
• Extracted recipe data (ingredients, quantities, instructions) will be accurate, complete, or free from errors introduced by AI processing;
• The App will be available without interruption or error.

Always verify recipe data — especially ingredient quantities and allergen information — before preparing food. Oshen Apps is not responsible for outcomes resulting from inaccurate extracted data.

Pare enables you to save recipe content from third-party websites for personal use. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of clipped content complies with the terms of service and intellectual property rights of the source websites.

The Pare name, logo, and all App content (design, code, graphics) are the exclusive property of Oshen Apps and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use our trademarks or branding without our prior written consent.

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

OSHEN APPS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, OSHEN APPS AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF PARE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms will be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, if necessary, binding arbitration.

Pare is distributed through the Apple App Store. These Terms are entered into between you and Oshen Apps, not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support for Pare. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the Apple Standard EULA, the Apple Standard EULA shall govern solely with respect to your use of the App as a licensed application from the App Store.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at our sole discretion, without notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the App ceases immediately. Sections 5, 8, 9, and 10 survive termination.
